What we provide
FLCamPro provides exam-preparation study materials for the Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) Licensing Exam: practice questions, a study guide, and a timed simulation. Access is sold as 3-Month Access ($49) and Lifetime Access ($89) plans.

It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), the Regulatory Council of Community Association Managers, or Pearson VUE. Nothing on this site is legal, accounting, or professional advice. Licensing, education, and scope-of-practice requirements for Community Association Managers are set by the State of Florida, change over time, and may be interpreted and applied differently in individual cases. Always verify the current requirements with the DBPR before relying on any information here, applying for a license, or accepting management work.
Payment and access
Payments are handled by Stripe. After a successful purchase you set a password and receive access for the plan you bought. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the accuracy of the email you provide.
Acceptable use
The content is licensed to you for personal exam preparation. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish the questions or explanations. Access is for a single user.
No guarantee
Our materials are study aids. We do not guarantee that you will pass the official exam, and passing our practice does not by itself qualify you for a license. Always verify current requirements with the relevant Florida authority.
