Why we built FLCamPro
The CAM exam is closed book. Nothing comes into the Pearson VUE testing room — no statutes, no notes, no manual — so on exam day the law has to already be in your head. You can't look up the meeting-notice deadline or the reserve rule; you have to know it cold. Our answer is to build understanding, not memorized answer letters. Every one of our 308 practice questions ties back to the exact Florida Statute it comes from — FS 718 (Condominium Act), 719 (Cooperative), 720 (HOA), 721 (Timesharing), 617 (Not-for-Profit), and Chapter 468 Part VIII — so you learn why an answer is right and can handle a question you've never seen. The questions map to all 5 official DBPR content areas, weighted the way the real exam is, and 75% correct passes.
How we keep it current
Association law in Florida changes often. The Legislature amends the Condominium, Cooperative, and HOA Acts regularly, reserve and reporting rules get rewritten, and the Regulatory Council of CAMs updates the Candidate Information Booklet that defines the blueprint. We review the bank against the current statutes and revise questions and statute references when the law moves — so what you study reflects what the exam tests today, not last session's version.
